Coverage

Johnston Bros Ltd ("the Manufacturer") warrants that all machinery ("the Product") sold directly by the company or its authorised dealers is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. 

Warranty Details 

• Repair or Replacement: If the Product is found to be defective during the warranty period, the Manufacturer will, at its    discretion, either repair or replace the defective part(s) or the entire machinery. 

• Parts and Labour: The warranty covers both parts and labour required for repairs. 

• Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidents,          unauthorised repairs or modifications, or failure to follow proper maintenance procedures. 

• Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. 

• Proof of Purchase: The original sales receipt or invoice must be provided to claim warranty service. 

How to Obtain Warranty Service 

1. Contact Johnston Bros Ltd or the authorised dealer promptly if you encounter any issues with the Product. 

2. Provide proof of purchase, serial number plate information and a detailed description of the problem. 

3. Johnston Bros Ltd will arrange for inspection and, if necessary, repair or replacement. 

4. All warranty inspections and repairs will be carried out at the Manufacturer's premises, it is the responsibility of the consumer to return the product to the premises in order for this work to be carried out
