Scissor Block Grab

Our Johnston Scissor Block Grab can be used off any suitable lifting device including truck cranes, excavators, fork trucks and overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of 1100kg.  It is entirely mechanical, with no hydraulic or electrical power required, keeping maintenance costs low.  It is fitted with a reliable automatic "locking mechanism" which holds the grab open between lifts.  The mechanical grab lifts loads directly, removing the need for pallets and can handle layered packs which can be split easily and safely.
